I never could find a gym with free childcare near any of the places we've lived. Think that's a good excuse to keep my elasticabs?

Oh, and ROCK ON, you superstar mama you!

Man, we all seem to be in the same place right now! I just commented on two other blogs where people are back working out too and I just resigned up with my trainer. Oh, and I have been there with the pump class and I did NOT get lucky with the c-section. In short...I dangle. And, it ain't pretty...

I've been going to the gym again for the past few weeks and it's been great - I'd forgotten how good I feel after I go. It's just so time consuming, it's not always what I want to do after getting home from a long day of work. I wish I had the motivation to go before work.

Question: can you just go to a body pump class and figure out what to do? I'm scared to go to classes because I have basically no coordination and feel like I'd be totally lost and not know what to do. Was that the first time you'd been to a Body Pump class? Is there actually anything to be nervous about, or am I just being ridiculous?

Uh oh...I thought you hated step with a passion! I guess with all those other gadgets the step was only a mild annoyance. :)

FREE childcare? Yeah, I'd be ALL over that. I'd go sit in the sauna and take a long hot shower for that. Sadly, no gym offers that around here.

I'm currently working on not eating everything in sight.

ooohh! I'm always up for a challenge, and boy do I need this kind of a challenge with a passion! I don't have a blog, but can I be an honorary challenge member?? I'm off to look up the classes at my gym as I type! You go girl! C
