Aren't little boys amazing? They also grow up and have a thing for anything nasty, slimy or generally things you wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. :)

(We always kept a small changing pad around to cover up those bits while diaper changing - wash cloths for baths)

Thank God that our youngest is in the midst of potty training!

Now the truly concerning issue in all of this: Does Ron use a fork when HE changes the baby's diaper?

Little boys are truly talented. A well-plcaed wipe or diaper tab works as well. Something to look forward to: when they get older, the start thinking about all the places they can pee...like the hallway, by the toybox...

I once woke in the middle of the night and spent 30 minutes brushing my teeth in the midst of a fever induced crazy. I just remember that I really had to brush 'em. My friend (who I was staying with) thought I had lost my ever-loving mind.

And peeing on the face? WHO DOES THAT? Boys are weird.

Boys are definitely a piece of work. Just wait until they find "it" & can't keep there hands off of "it". Unfortunately, I don't think this phase ever ends. :)

I was fortunate the only person who ever got weed on was his Daddy. I told him his son was marking his territory.

Once my husband woke me from a dead sleep to ask me what size pants I wore...he'd been measuring folks for uniforms all day.

Oh, and if it makes you feel any better...

Urine is supposedly sterile. :O

Nicole, I'm so sad that I missed the announcement of your son's birth. I've been too wrapped up in my own stuff for too long. Congratulations, sweetie. I'm so happy for you! The older sister, younger brother combo is just fun as can be. Challenging, but fun. :-)

Congrats! And no fork, thanks.

It has happened EVERYWHERE. Trust me.
